Please examine the products immediately after you receive them. If the products damaged through shipping process, please contact us within 10 days after receiving the products for any replacement.
If any quality related issues, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the products. We will only grant the return or exchange within the 30 days period. Any quality issue dispute, please accompany the third party lab testing report. If the return or exchange pre-approval is processed, only products in original state and packaging shipped back to our warehouse will be granted for refund or exchange.
